Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the merchandising team to ensure smooth order processing, timely deliveries, and customer satisfaction

• Coordinate with production, planning, quality control, and logistics departments to ensure timely execution of orders and meeting of customer requirements

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers

• Prepare, review, and analyze reports on inventory, sales forecasts, deliveries, and overall production performance

• Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform strategic merchandising decisions

• Provide technical knowledge on knit fabric properties, production processes, and quality assurance

• Addressing customer complaints promptly, professionally, and effectively, ensuring client satisfaction

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in knit fabric manufacturing

• Proven leadership experience with a strong ability to motivate and develop merchandising teams

• Solid knowledge of textile manufacturing processes, fabric types (especially knit fabrics), and garment production timelines

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in computer applications such as MS Office and merchandising management software

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, and results-driven

• Fluency in English, Mandarina and Cantonese, both written and spoken
