Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the entire production process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality garments

• Supervise and lead a team of production staff, including training, task allocation, and performance management

• Monitor and enforce quality control standards to meet client requirements and company expectations

• Develop and implement production schedules to meet deadlines and optimize efficiency

• Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to prevent shortages or overstocking

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in the workplace

• Identify and resolve production issues, such as machine breakdowns, material shortages, or workforce challenges

• Prepare and submit regular production reports to senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions

• Collaborate with other departments, such as design, sourcing, and logistics, to ensure seamless operations

• Implement cost-saving measures and process improvements to enhance productivity and profitability

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in garment production, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role

• Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing processes, including cutting, sewing, finishing, and packing

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken); knowledge of the local language is a plus

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and adapt to overseas living

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
