Responsibilities:
- Collect the requirement and adopt Agile Scrum Practice (Agile methodology)
- Develop robotic process automation (RPA) solutions for various applications (web, Excel, desktop).
- Test the RPA solution using Test case and Test data sets
- Deploy the automation to Orchestrator
- Monitor robots in the Orchestrator for connectivity, triggers, and schedules.
- Provide support for business-as-usual (BAU) issues and offer Level 2 incident support.
- Deploy robots to production, following all release procedures.
- Provide daily performance reports to clients.
Technical Skills:
- Should have RPA knowledge
- Should have project experience, including planning, development of automations
- Experience working in either development or support environment configuration
- Strong communication skills and good team player
- Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Good problem-solving abilities and logical thinking.
- Proactive in identifying and resolving issues.
- Ability to balance BAU needs, IT strategic goals and project demands accordingly
- Be flexible to provide different solution according to different perspective and situation (fit for purpose)
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills along with being organised, structured
- Fluent in English, Cantonese is a plus
