Responsibilities:

To deliver community-based and centre-based social work services for ethnic minorities families with SEN children and youth

Handle individual counselling, consultation and case referrals for ethnic minorities parents, children and youth

Liaise with stakeholders and establish networking with community resources
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Social Work
- Relevant working experience in Ethnic Minorities service and parents' work and/ or child rehabilitation service is preferred
- Registered Social Worker
- Good command of Chinese and English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, high organization ability
