Responsibilities
- Donor Engagement: Plan and develop donor retention programs, events, and campaigns while nurturing strong relationships with donors
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly track, report, and review the performance of the street fundraising team to ensure alignment with objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Market Analysis: Analyze fundraising market trends and provide regular reports on findings
- Legacy Giving Initiative: Support and implement legacy programs, engage stakeholders, manage legal processes, and prepare necessary documentation for legacy donations
- Crowdfunding Initiative: Create and launch impactful crowdfunding campaigns that align with the Society's mission and target audience
- System Enhancement Support: Contribute to the improvement of the donation management system
- Reporting: Prepare and submit monthly reports and management information system (MIS) updates
- Ad Hoc Projects: Manage additional projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Social Welfare, Business Administration, Database Marketing or any other related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in donor / customer services, administrative support
- Detail-minded, good analytical skills and able to work independently
- Outgoing and energetic, self-initiated and responsible personality
- A strong team player, well-organized, independent and multi-tasking
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and other Microsoft Applications
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Corporate Development Officer
