Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• Proven experience in air freight operations with a strong understanding of the logistics industry

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Strong communication abilities for effective interaction with internal teams and external contractors

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of team

• Proficient in data entry and computer skills relevant to shipping and logistics software

• Familiarity with Cargowise One will be a plus

• Handle a full set of shipping documents and customs declarations with precision

• Manage daily air import and export operations, ensuring timeliness and accuracy

• Work closely with internal teams to guarantee that shipments are handled properly and efficiently

• Input and maintain accurate records in our system database for seamless opreations

• Meticulously verify shipment documents, including bookings, shipping invoices and packing lists

• Liaise and coordinate with contractors, including warehousing and transportation services, to ensure cohesive workflow
