Our clients is seeking an experienced Head of HR to lead our human resources department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business goals. You will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute HR strategies to support business objectives.
Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition efforts.
Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
Implement performance management systems.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Lead employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration
8 year's proven experience in HR management, with a focus on strategic planning in NGO / Corporate Company
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
