About the Client:
My client, a top data center solution providing company is greatly expanding their business across APAC including Hong Kong. They are now looking for a property manager to join their fast-growing data hall in HK.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
* Manage and the day-to-day operation of the building
* Leading a team to provide quality services
* Carry out enhancement works for continuous improvement
* Support the planning, budgeting and control of operating and capital expenditures.
* Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, monthly reports
* Ensure compliance of internal procedures and relevant Ordinance and regulations
* Handle emergency incidents and ad hoc duties
Candidate Profile:
* A bachelor's degree in real estate, property management; or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
* At least 7 years of experience in property management, 2 years of which at supervisory level
* Holder of the Property Management Practitioner (Tier 1) License is preferred but not essential
* Handover experience will be a plus
* 3+ years of management experience and leading a team.
* Good teamwork and lead by example
* Good presentation and liaison skill with proven English and Chinese proficiency is also essential of the role.
