Join our client's Charities and Philanthropy Division as a key member of the public health welfare, where you'll play a pivotal role in evaluating, managing, and supporting impactful initiatives. You'll work closely with senior leaders to assess funding applications, monitor project progress, and contribute to strategic community-focused programs.
Key Responsibilities:

Review and analyze donation applications, assessing their social impact, feasibility, and alignment with organizational goals. Provide recommendations to senior leadership.
*
Assist in drafting approval documents, reports, and supporting materials for decision-making processes.
*
Conduct research on social issues to inform new projects, strategies, and partnerships (e.g., data analysis, stakeholder consultations, literature reviews).
*
Oversee approved projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Evaluate change requests and prepare necessary documentation.
*
Collaborate with external partners (NGOs, government bodies, consultants) and internal teams (Finance, Procurement, etc.) throughout project lifecycles.
*
Support the development and execution of high-priority initiatives under the Public Health focus area.
*
Contribute to ad-hoc tasks, including presentations, speeches, and cross-team collaboration efforts.
Ideal Candidate:
*
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
*
4-8 years of relevant experience in NGOs, public service, policy research, government or social sectors (less experienced candidates may be considered for a modified role).
* Experience in project management and ability to engage with multiple stakeholders.
*
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
*
Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative, proactive approach.
*
Genuine passion for charity work and community-driven impact.
