Sales Manager (Payment Solutions)
Responsibilities:
  • Identify high-potential sales opportunities, negotiate effectively, and cultivate strong client relationships.

  • Analyze market conditions and the competitive landscape to develop effective sales strategies.

  • Design and implement competitive sales initiatives aimed at increasing market share and driving business growth.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor actions to uncover new business opportunities.

  • Handle pricing negotiations with customers to enhance business acquisition while meeting the company’s margin expectations.

  • An existing network of clients is highly desirable.

 
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management or related fields.

  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with strong analytical capabilities preferred.

  • A proven history of developing and executing successful sales strategies.

  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Cantonese; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

  • A proactive, service-oriented attitude and the ability to perform well under pressure.

  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
