We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our luxury watch boutique. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury retail, exceptional customer service skills, and a proven track record in managing high-end retail operations.

Store Manager/ Senior Sales Associate (Luxury Watch Brand)

Responsibilities:

    • Sales Management: Drive sales performance by implementing effective strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team; foster a culture of excellence and customer focus.
    • Customer Experience: Ensure an exceptional and personalized shopping experience for customers; handle escalated customer issues with professionalism.
    • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control; ensure optimal stock levels and manage the visual merchandising to enhance the customer experience.
    • Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets; analyze sales reports and KPIs to make informed decisions.
    • Brand Representation: Uphold the brand’s image and values; ensure all team members embody the brand’s luxury ethos.
    • Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate on local marketing and promotional activities to drive foot traffic and brand awareness.
    • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in retail management, preferably within the luxury sector.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
    • Passion for luxury products, particularly watches.
