SENIOR ENGINEER
As a Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimisation of our beauty treatment machines. You will play a critical role in ensuring our equipment operates at peak performance, sourcing new technology, and contributing to the strategic growth of our service offerings and enhancing client satisfaction.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Regularly check, troubleshoot, and repair machines (e.g., Cynosure, Cutera, Candela) to ensure optimal functionality and safety
  • Research and source new machines and replacement parts, ensuring we stay equipped with the latest technology
  • Conduct regular meetings with the team to brainstorm ideas for new machines and treatments that align with market trends
  • Provide insights and recommendations on how to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency, contributing to company profitability
  • Offer expert consultancy to clients on equipment usage, maintenance, and best practices in the field
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to propose new treatments and services
 
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or education (e.g., engineering or electronics) is a plus but not required
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in equipment maintenance, preferably in the medical, beauty, or wellness industry
  • Experience with medical beauty equipment (e.g., laser machines)
  • Technical expertise in machine repair and maintenance
  • Strong problem-solving, research, and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of beauty industry and technologies trends is a plus
