• • Act as the engineering liaison between OEM and the USA office for QA issues.
  • Collaborate with OEM and the USA office to debug engineering pilot samples and refine designs before production.
  • Write QA specifications to ensure product quality and confirm that assembly line and QA departments implement necessary test methods.
  • Travel to OEM sites as needed to work with engineering, manufacturing, and QA teams.
  • Write test plans and test cases to cover software requirements and functionalities.
  • Perform various tests (functional, performance, security) to ensure software quality.
  • Record and report defects, and track their resolution.
  • Communicate and coordinate closely with developers, product managers, and team members to ensure software quality and stability.

Requirement:

• • Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Engineer in appliance product development, preferably in juvenile appliances.
  • Proficient in engineering design for high-volume manufacturing, including:
    • Designing plastics for injection molding and extrusion.
    • Creating complex moving mechanisms (gear trains, motors, pumps).
    • Designing products with moving fluids and plumbing.
    • Integrating electronics into mechanical designs.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; basic CAD skills (Pro/E or Solidworks).
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
