Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy Development: Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies that align with business objectives, focusing on brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats; analyze data to inform marketing decisions.
- Campaign Management: Support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital and offline events.
- Budgeting and Performance Tracking: Assist in preparing marketing budgets, monitoring expenses, and tracking the performance of marketing initiatives to measure effectiveness and ROI.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging content for marketing platforms such as websites, social media, and email campaigns.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including sales and product development, to coordinate marketing efforts.
- Event Management: Organize and attend promotional events and trade shows.
- Communication: Liaise with media stakeholders for press releases to ensure appropriate media coverage.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Business, Marketing, or related disciplines.
5+ years of solid experience in consumer product marketing or brand marketing, preferably in the fashion, skincare, healthcare, or beauty industries. - Experience with digital platforms, social networks, and consumer relationship building.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset, with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Creative, open-minded, proactive, flexible, dynamic, resourceful, and energetic.
- Strong consumer and marketing sense, with motivation to thrive in a rapidly expanding organization.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, Chinese, and Mandarin.
- Solid experience will be considered for the Marketing Manager role.
