Promotion & Customer Services Assistant (Shopping Mall)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in organizing, monitoring and handling all activities related to the management of the shopping mall
  • Carry out day-to-day administration and supervision of operational and management services, including customer service hotline, customer relations and tenant communications
  • Support events and promotion activities for the shopping mall, and provide general administrative support

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above
  • 2 years or above of experience, preferably in property management or customer service
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Well organized, detail minded and self-motivated
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
