Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the end-to-end process of daily procurement activities
- Source the goods/services in accordance with the in-house supplier registration policy
- Review of the suppliers’ performance and proposing any inclusion/exclusion of suppliers from time to time
- Liaise and work closely with relevant business units to understand their needs and requirements
- Carry out general departmental administration function
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior
Requirements:
- Degree holder in business administration, supply chain management or equivalent
- At least 3 years of working experience in the aspect of procurement
- Experience in using procurement system software and tools
- Proficient in PC applications (e.g. Excel, Words or etc.)
- Good procurement skills in selecting the most appropriate way of purchase which are feasible to maximize benefit/protection to the Company
- Responsible for suppliers / contractors sourcing and vendor selection
- Strong analytical, negotiation and problem solving skills
- Good communication and presentation skills in both Chinese and English
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for Procurement Assistant
