Responsibilities

• Support the Production manager to drive partnership with the vendors to deliver best-in-class production performance 

• Collaborate with the vendor partners to ensure efficient and effective production planning to support business needs 

• Track bulk ready status to safeguard smooth and timely production execution (e.g. size set samples, TOP samples) 

• Support Finished Goods supply planning and supplier reporting needs – support sourcing management in performance matrix analysis and assessments to refine data and analytics performance 

• Monitor order status and ensuring data integrity and visibility in systems 

• Driving continuous improvement in production & timely delivery execution 

• Manage seasonal T1 ship date confirmation, identify blockers and apply mitigations to improve fulfilment of RSD’s to support market needs 

• Ensure timely submission of weekly T1 WIP, identify potential delivery issues through detail analysis and partnering with the vendors and cross functional teams (e.g. materials, quality, sourcing) to conduct problem solving and delay mitigation actions swiftly to achieve SDP targets 

• Uphold Fair Labour Association’s Workplace Code of Conduct and Principal of Fair Labor and Responsible Sourcing throughout the Arcteryx Supply Chain 

• Work closely with the Amer Sports Global Sourcing Vendor Sustainability team on quarterly business reviews and training/capacity building 

• Adhere to negotiated lead times and balanced annual capacities to expedite responsible purchasing practices as outlined in the Responsible Sourcing Policy

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• 5+ years’ experience in apparel sourcing or merchandising, MNC sourcing office experience is a plus 

• Strong interpersonal skills and can work effectively with internal and external stakeholders 

• Strong negotiation, problem solving and multi-tasking skills

• Fluent in English – both verbal and written

• Proficient in MS Office, and knowledge of ERP & PLM systems is an advantage (e.g., SAP, Centric etc.)
