Responsibilities
Provide helpdesk support for hardware and software, computer installation and setup
Maintain local office infrastructure, including cabling, access control, surveillance and audio-visual equipment
Email setup & support for computer or mobile device, basic printer setup & support
Update and maintain the inventory of computer equipment and software
Perform any other duties as assigned
Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above
At least 2 years of experience in helpdesk support, with expertise in troubleshooting office equipment and software and MNC work experience is highly preferred
Good knowledge of computer network device configuration, including desktop, Windows OS, O365, AD, VPN, conference solutions, etc.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
A good team player with a astrong sense of responsibility and good interperdonal
Proficiency in both English and and Chinese
