Bank Teller/ Counter Service Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional customer services and to handle customers' enquiries
  • Handling general account withdrawals, transfers, and to answer customer inquiries
  • Handle counter services and balance daily transactions
  • Support back-end operation and make referrals to relevant staff
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments when required
  • To coordinate in-branch and off-site promotions
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year banking Teller experience
  • Customer-oriented with communication skills
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
