Job Responsibilities:

Handle the marketing and leasing matters of commercial premises in Hong Kong mainly

Work closely with the vendor and real estate agents

Conduct market research, feasibility studies, rental assessments and data analysis

Prepare presentation materials when needed
Job Requirements:

Degree holder or above in related disciplines

At least 2 years of working experience in commercial leasing

Excellent interpersonal skills. Fluent in Cantonese and English
