Responsibilities

• Handle daily sea freight operation shipment from HK to European countries

• Follow up customer declaration, routing order, booking handling with shipping lines

• Follow up SOP, shipping instructions from overseas offices and agents

• Work closely with clients/shippers/consignees and internal parties to ensure the smooth operations

• Manipulate and update an operating system timely and accurately

• Ensure service reliability and solidity customer relationship to achieve business goal

• Ah-hoc project or duties assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above 

• At least 3 years’ solid experience in freight forwarding industry

• Able to work independent, self-motivation, diligent & good team player

• Highly committed to deliver results despite working deadline and overtime

• Hand on experience in operating Cargowise is an advantage

• Able to communicate in spoken & written English and Chinese, Mandarin is required

• Proficient in computer skills, MS Office application, Office 365, Outlook etc.

• Short notice is highly prefer
