Responsibilities

• Deal with local and overseas sales teams/suppliers on product developments and sampling co-ordination until goods be delivered to the end customers

• Coordinate with factories for sampling /development and ensure to deliver qualified goods / samples on time 

• Good communication with internal and external parties, including PD, CS, QC, Logistic, sourcing and Sales teams

• Conduct price comparison /quotation for new inquiries.  Ensure timely delivery of quotation with competitive prices  

• Review artwork to ensure consistency in design

• Quality checking between sample and bulk sample

• Update routine reports, support daily filing, attend regular meetings and handle ad-hoc duties assigned

• Occasional travel is required

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• 3-5 years packaging experience focus on paper /plastic/fabric...etc products.cExperience in working with overseas suppliers would also be advantageous

• Hardworking, organized, thorough and willing to learn new trends.  Strong team spirits and proactive attitude with good problem-solving skills 

• Work well under pressure and able to complete the tasks in a timely manner   

• Able to handle multi-tasks independently with strong attention to details and willing to work overtime

• Knowledge of EU chemical and social compliance regulations is definitely a plus

• Good understanding of business processes, sourcing and logistic process in details

• Proficient PC application like MS Excel, Word, Teams and Outlook

• Proficiency in spoken & written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
