Responsibilities

• Research seasonal fashion trend, colors, fabrication and trim sourcing

• Translate design concepts to technical drawings, tech packs and size fitting

• Understand the brand images & positioning of our clients for developing tailored & marketable collections

• Work closely with merchandising and factories to facilitate development processes and meet tight schedules

• Identify potential vendors and materials to meet current and future sourcing needs

• Handle collaboration programs and various projects

• Assist preparations of seasonal design presentations to buyer and frontline operations

• Co-ordinate and handle as hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• Minimum 5 years’ proven previous experience in fashion or luxury goods and with overseas experience is preferable

• Fluency in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese

• Passion in Fashion industry, with a keen eye for detail

• Good knowledge in the sourcing of fabric and trim, creative and strong fashion sense

• Experience in collaboration projects is an added advantage

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work independently, self-motivated, responsible, well-organized and willing to learn

• Attention to detail and good organizing, coordination and planning skills

• High level of maturity, integrity, trustworthiness

• Familiar with MAC Operation and proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, and Freehand

• Immediately available or short notice is highly preferred
