Responsibilities

• Oversee all creative design work

• Lead and supervise a small design team

• Ensure design standards and styles align with the collection vision

• Stay fashion-conscious with a strong sense of styling and fabric in the high-end designer market

• Identify market trends effectively

• Familiarity with pattern-making, fitting, and sample creation

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience (less experienced candidates may be considered for the Fashion Designer role)

• Ability to multitask, self-motivated, reliable, and creative

• Strong work ethic, good team player, and capable of independent work

• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills

• Proficiency in spoken and written English, Chinese, and Putonghua

• Knowledge of Mac & PC, PowerPoint, and proficiency in Illustrator & Photoshop
