Requirements
Degree holder
Solid relevant secretarial / personal assistant / admin experience
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Proficient in PC applications including MS Office
Strong multitasking and time-management abilities
Responsibilities
Provide a full range of secretarial and administrative supports to the senior management, including managing appointments, coordinating itineraries for both local and overseas travel
Liaise and co-ordinate with various internal parties
Manage personal affairs, business development activities, and project management tasks;
Prepare routine reports, handle documents and administrating office routines.
Coordinate family and household affairs
Support other admin duties and ad-hoc assignments as assigned
