Requirements
Degree holder
Minimum 5 years’ experience in order follow up or supply china or Logistics or shipping or merchandising or purchasing field
Good Command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Good MS Office skills, especially in Excel
Effective interpersonal and communications skills
Responsibilities
Monitoring orders and stock control
Support the Customer Service team with admin duties and handle customer enquiries
Prepare shipping documents
Work closely with partners in supply chain to ensure smooth and efficient flow of goods
Liaise with suppliers and customers
Maintain the watch parts database
Carry out quarterly stock takes
