Requirements

• Degree holder

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in order follow up or supply china or Logistics or shipping or merchandising or purchasing  field

• Good Command of spoken and written English and Chinese

• Good MS Office skills, especially in Excel

• Effective interpersonal and communications skills

Responsibilities

• Monitoring orders and stock control

• Support the Customer Service team with admin duties and handle customer enquiries

• Prepare shipping documents

• Work closely with partners in supply chain to ensure smooth and efficient flow of goods

• Liaise with suppliers and customers

• Maintain the watch parts database

• Carry out quarterly stock takes
