Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support, incident handling and service improvement services and advice to client on network/system components of the system
• To perform on-going system/networking administration, monitoring, configuration

Requirements:

• • Higher Diploma in IT related disciplines
  • 3 years or above work experience in System/ Networking
  • Excellent communication skill, good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in implementation and support on one of the following sides
  • Familiar with Network routers and Layer 2/3 switches/ Network monitoring (e.g PRTG, MRTG, Sitescope)
  • Familiar with Windows and Linux operating systems, Exchange and M365, virtual server management, storage etc.
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin
