Customer Service Officer (Luxury Retail)

Job Duties

  • Ensuring high-quality customer service and support for the company
  • Handle shipping and receiving of repair watches
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally through various channels, including phone, email etc
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update customer information in the database. 
  • Ad doc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above, with at least 3-5 year’s relevant experience in service industry
  • A good team player, pleasant and strong sense of responsibility
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, English & Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of both written and spoken skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
