Learning and Development Manager [Negotiable salary]

Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement a comprehensive learning strategy that supports organizational goals.
  • Lead a team of training professionals and external partners to deliver engaging, high-impact programs.
  • Conduct needs assessments and collaborate with stakeholders to identify skill gaps and training priorities.
  • Design and deliver diverse training formats, including in-person sessions, e-learning modules, and interactive workshops.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness through feedback, metrics, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Manage training budgets, resources, and schedules to ensure seamless program delivery.
  • Mentor trainers and facilitators to enhance their delivery and engagement skills.
  • Track and report on training outcomes to demonstrate impact and return on investment.
  • Partner with leadership to support talent development and career progression initiatives.
  • Stay informed on the latest trends, tools, and technologies in learning and development.
  • Communicate training opportunities effectively across the organization to drive participation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • Over 10 years of experience leading corporate training or learning and development programs.
  • Expertise in instructional design and adult learning principles.
  • Strong project management skills to oversee training initiatives from concept to completion.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills to inspire teams and build stakeholder relationships.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align training efforts with business priorities.
  • Proficiency with effective learning and development methods
  • Excellent communication skills to engage diverse audiences and drive learning outcomes.
