Customer Service Officer / Receptionist 24k *13.5+B (Welcome Luxury Hotel Exp.)

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients and manage check-in/out at a luxury showroom
  • Handle inbound calls with professionalism and warmth
  • Coordinate client appointments and follow-ups
  • Rotate across lobby and call center teams for all-rounded exposure
  • Deliver premium, personalized customer service at every touchpoint

Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer service (retail, hospitality preferred)
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin; polished communication and presentation
  • Energetic, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment

主要職責
  • 於高端接待區歡迎客戶,安排登記與離場手續
  • 接聽來電並提供專業及貼心的客戶服務
  • 協助安排客戶預約與後續跟進
  • 輪班於接待及電話中心團隊,獲得全面工作經驗
  • 提供個人化、頂級服務體驗,打造卓越客戶印象

理想人選條件
  • 至少3年客戶服務經驗(零售、酒店業背景尤佳)
  • 流利英語及普通話,溝通能力佳,儀表端正
  • 積極主動,抗壓力強,具良好服務態度與多工處理能力
