Job Duties:
- Typical tasks include new PC installation, data migration from old PC to new PC;
- Configuration of PC to use Active Directory;
- Support PC hardware and software for the computing users of the University;
- Installation and configuration of network printers, smartcard printing, and other support services;
- Keeping asset records and performing administrative tasks assigned by the Senior IT Manager (User Services) or his delegate.
Job Requirements
- At least a Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in information technology or related fields
- At least one year of experience in PC support, PC hardware installation, data migration and configuration of end-user PC to use Microsoft Active Directory;
- He/she should be self-motivated and service-oriented;
- Able to communicate with end-users and work independently
