Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end product lifecycle management, from ideation and business case development to commercialization, with a focus on telecommunications and network solutions.
- Lead market research to uncover customer insights, competitive dynamics, and emerging trends. Translate findings into compelling product narratives and differentiated GTM strategies.
- Design and launch high-impact product campaigns, ensuring alignment with sales teams to exceed revenue targets. Develop implementation roadmaps for seamless market entry.
- Partner with engineering, sales, operations, and external vendors to align product development with market demands. Oversee service delivery workflows, including provisioning and billing.
- Engage directly with enterprise clients to refine use cases, optimize customer journeys, and represent the brand at industry forums.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert on network services, providing actionable insights to refine product roadmaps and pricing strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 10+years in product marketing, preferably within telecommunications, network services, or enterprise tech.
- Fluency in English and Chinese (written/spoken).
