Job Responsibilities
- Provide concierge service to customers
- Welcome, greet customers and handle customer enquiry
- Assist in complaint handling, service improvement projects and administrative duties
- Conduct surveys/interviews, collect data and generate statistical reports
- Participate in activities such as staff training and internal publications to promote customer services
- Perform shift duties
- Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors
Job Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality, Tourism or equivalent
- Customer-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Knowledge of English and Chinese Word Processing, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
- 1 year relevant experience or above is preferable
- Degree Holder is preferable
- Prior exposure in healthcare setting
