Customer Service Representative
Job Responsibilities
  • Provide concierge service to customers
  • Welcome, greet customers and handle customer enquiry
  • Assist in complaint handling, service improvement projects and administrative duties
  • Conduct surveys/interviews, collect data and generate statistical reports
  • Participate in activities such as staff training and internal publications to promote customer services
  • Perform shift duties
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors
Job Requirements
  • Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality, Tourism or equivalent
  • Customer-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Knowledge of English and Chinese Word Processing, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
  • 1 year relevant experience or above is preferable
  • Degree Holder is preferable
  • Prior exposure in healthcare setting
