Responsibilities:

- Handle all aspects of HR and administrative functions, including recruitment and selection, leave management, compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, and performance management.

- Manage the complete recruitment process, from job posting and candidate screening to scheduling interviews.

- Maintain a candidate database and ensure accurate, up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system.

- Conduct basic HR data analysis to support business initiatives.

- Assist with other ad-hoc assignments as needed.
Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.

- 2-3 years of relevant experience.

- Familiarity with Hong Kong labor laws and related employment regulations.

- Highly organized, responsible, and able to work under pressure.

- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin).

- Skilled in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing.
-
- Excellent communication skills, strong execution capabilities, and the ability to manage stress while maintaining a proactive mindset.

- Candidates with more experience may be considered for the role of Human Resources and Administration Officer.

- Immediate availability is preferred.
