Responsibilities:
- This role is HK based, and need to take care HR issues of PRC sizable factory staff and coordinate with PRC local personnel. Prefer candidates with solid experience of handling all-round HR scope in recruitment, payroll, MPF and staff records & relevant issues.
Requirements:
- Degree or above
- 5 years + solid experience of HR all-around duties, including recruitment, payroll, maintain staff leave record, MPF and relevant operation duties
- Prefer experiences of China factory HR management and familiar with PRC employment law
- Willing to travel to China regularly for follow up with PRC personnel
- Good command of written Chinese and English, fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin & English
- Mature, independent, attentive to details and responsible character
