Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute information management strategies.
- Introduce and implement IM principles, including lifecycle and metadata management.
- Lead projects related to data management and information systems.
- Manage and maintain information systems and databases
- Provide IM training and educational sessions.
- Ensure data accuracy, security, and accessibility.
- Work with other departments to update the Record Retention Schedule.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in information management, Business administration, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in information management with leadership
- Strong understanding of information management systems and technologies, such as Electronic Records Management (ERM) systems (e.g., SharePoint)
- Experience with data governance and compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
