Information Management/Records Manager
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute information management strategies.
  • Introduce and implement IM principles, including lifecycle and metadata management.
    • Lead projects related to data management and information systems.
    • Manage and maintain information systems and databases
    • Provide IM training and educational sessions.
    • Ensure data accuracy, security, and accessibility.
    • Work with other departments to update the Record Retention Schedule.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in information management, Business administration, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in information management with leadership
  • Strong understanding of information management systems and technologies, such as Electronic Records Management (ERM) systems (e.g., SharePoint)
  • Experience with data governance and compliance standards.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
