Responsibilities:
- Handling the daily operation and providing customer services
- Answering members’ enquiries and handling complaints 以專業的態度回答VIP會員的查詢及處理投訴
- Assisting in the company’s CRM and marketing activities協助公司的客戶關係管理和市場活動
- Handling administrative work 處理行政工作
Requirements:
- Diploma or Higher Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism/Airline or other related field
- 1-2 years of working expereince in Tourism/Hospitality/Cusotmer service area
- Fluent in English and Cantonese
- Outgoing, presentable, teamwork
