Gather and evaluate user requirements to develop functional specifications

Collaborate with business users and different internal departments to ensure the successful execution of the projects

Conduct user acceptance testing, which includes test planning, execution, and defect management

Initiate discussions and negotiate with users to achieve agreement on requirements, delivery timelines, and resource allocation

Job Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field

A minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Analysis

Knowledge of Agile software development lifecycle would be a plus.

Familiar with investment / financial services related industries is advantageous

Technical acumen and the ability to collaborate closely with technical and development teams

Proficient in both spoken and written English and Cantonese
