Our client is an award-winning MNC and a revolutionary market leader that is seeking for a high calibre individual to join their team in the Hong Kong office.

IT Business Analyst
Job Duties: 
    • Gather and evaluate user requirements to develop functional specifications 

    • Collaborate with business users and different internal departments to ensure the successful execution of the projects

    • Conduct user acceptance testing, which includes test planning, execution, and defect management 

    • Initiate discussions and negotiate with users to achieve agreement on requirements, delivery timelines, and resource allocation 

Job Requirements: 

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field 

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Analysis 

  • Knowledge of Agile software development lifecycle would be a plus.

  • Familiar with investment / financial services related industries is advantageous 

  • Technical acumen and the ability to collaborate closely with technical and development teams 

  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Cantonese
