Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with various business units and internal stakeholders to identify business needs and design effective marketing campaigns.
• Analyze consumer insights and behavior to identify business opportunities and evaluate campaign performance through data analysis.
• Create integrated marketing and digital campaigns that highlight the uniqueness of products to effectively meet consumer needs and drive acquisition and sales.
• Support the creation of marketing and media communication materials, including social media content, website updates, eDMs, advertorials, and more.
• Partner with creative and media agencies, as well as vendors, to deliver high-quality marketing campaigns on time, driving business growth.

Requirements:

• • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on performance marketing.
  • Comprehensive understanding of advertising principles and experience working in or with advertising agencies.
  • Familiarity with financial and banking products; experience in marketing investment products is a plus.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Independent, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines and pressure.
  • Energetic, positive, and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and meet challenging deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, with exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
