Product-Service Quality Manager (Ref# 065537)

Responsibilities

  • Oversee product quality from design to delivery

  • Ensure compliance with standards and regulations

  • Manage customer relations and supplier performance

  • Gather and address customer requirements

  • Provide technical expertise and support

  • Manage customer complaints and disputes

  • Source and qualify suppliers

  • Monitor supplier performance and compliance

  • Resolve supplier quality issues

  • Ensure product quality throughout the development and production process

  • Conduct quality testing and inspections

  • Implement corrective actions for quality issues


Requirements

  • DSE / From 5 or above

  • Knowledge with trims and packaging

  • Quality management expertise

  • Strong technical knowledge

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Good team leader and team player

  • Fluent in Mandarin/Cantonese and good command of written and spoken English
