Responsibilities
Proactively achieve personal and department revenue and profit targets
Generate and identify sales leads
Arrange meetings and sales presentations with potential clients
Prepare quotations and preliminary system design
Negotiate and sign contracts in accordance with sales goals
Maintain long-term relationships with clients and prospects
Provide ideas and suggestions to improve sales results, brand reputation, and market share
Enhance the brand name and image through sales and marketing channels
Build and maintain strong relationships with partner companies
Maintain a high level of knowledge in security concepts and systems to provide client consultation
Assist with project management, site meetings, and client liaison as necessary
Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above
Minimum 2 years of sales experience (security-related preferred)
Fluent in English (oral and written)
Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and demonstrated multi-tasking ability
Highly energetic and results-oriented, strong team player and communicator with an ability to work under pressure in a structured environment
Demonstrated influencing skills
Ability to work independently and interact effectively with the sales team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong ability to facilitate a collaborative working environment for customers and team members
Self-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented
