Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing assigned projects in Packaging Design for Toys, Household products, Christmas and sundries items, etc.

• Responsible for desktop manipulation including packaging layout, logo design, digital product photo shooting to preproduction artwork in design direction

• Responsible for product packaging in graphic design and development for new product items and master packages from concept designs, artworks, presentations to productions

• Ability to create various artworks, fine-tune and retouch of images, and make them print-ready by reviewing and adopting to the Company’s packaging and brand guidelines

• Monitor the development process of packaging production from artwork until final output; able to solve any production or print-related issues

• Work with various parties and ensure efficient design and development processes

• Assist in any additional duties assigned relating to packaging and quality issues

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• Minimum 3 years sold experience in packaging & graphic design

• Comprehensive understanding of printing process, ideally with knowledge on various materials used in packaging production

• Knowledge & development experience with various products packaging structural designs

• Creative thinking and good sense in package design

• Proficiency in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator and other related software

• Knowledge in operating professional camera is an advantage

• Proactive, strong sense of responsibility, able to handle multiple projects independently

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Strong written and spoken communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
