Responsibilities

• Sets production schedules based on forecasts, resources, and capacity

• Coordinates with various departments (sales, purchasing, etc.) to ensure smooth operation

• Ensures adherence to production schedules and client requirements

• Maintains quality standards throughout the production process (including supplier and material checks).

• Implements solutions to improve production performance and quality

• Plans and schedules tests for new products or processes

• Ensuring compliance with procedures and quality parameters relating to products/customers (CRS, Oekotex, etc)

• Oversee and manage performance of production, quality control and warehouse teams

• Creates reports to communicate production information

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• Knowledge with trims and packaging

• Ability to analyze, negotiate, organize, plan and control

• Strategic and result-oriented problem solvers

• Fluent in Mandarin/Cantonese and good command of written and spoken English

• Knowledge on safety, health and environmental regulations

• Good team leader and team player

• Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage
