Customer Service / Call Centre Officer $21k (Hotel, Airline, Luxury Mall)

Responsibilities:

  • Handling the daily operation and providing customer services
  • Answering members’ enquiries and handling complaints
  • Assisting in the company’s CRM and marketing activities
  • Handling administrative work 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Higher Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism/Airline or other related field
  • 2 years of working expereince in Customer service (Tourism/Hospitality/Airline preferred)
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese
  • Outgoing, presentable, teamwork

  • 於高端接待區歡迎客戶,安排登記與離場手續
  • 接聽來電並提供專業及貼心的客戶服務
  • 協助安排客戶預約與後續跟進
  • 輪班於接待及電話中心團隊,獲得全面工作經驗
  • 提供個人化、頂級服務體驗,打造卓越客戶印象

理想人選條件

  • 至少3年客戶服務經驗(零售、酒店、航空業背景尤佳)
  • 流利英語及普通話,溝通能力佳,儀表端正
  • 積極主動,抗壓力強,具良好服務態度與多工處理能力
