Responsibilities:
- Handling the daily operation and providing customer services
- Answering members’ enquiries and handling complaints
- Assisting in the company’s CRM and marketing activities
- Handling administrative work
Requirements:
- Diploma or Higher Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism/Airline or other related field
- 2 years of working expereince in Customer service (Tourism/Hospitality/Airline preferred)
- Fluent in English and Cantonese
- Outgoing, presentable, teamwork

- 至少3年客戶服務經驗(零售、酒店、航空業背景尤佳)
- 流利英語及普通話,溝通能力佳,儀表端正
- 積極主動,抗壓力強,具良好服務態度與多工處理能力
