- Monitor the network infrastructure and identify and troubleshoot network issues.
- Implement solutions to resolve/mitigate network issues and ensure efficient network operation.
- Provide 1st tier technical support for network-related issues.
- Collaborate with 2nd tier technical support for issue escalation.
- Engage and develop positive relationships with customers and partners.
- Document updates on network configurations, inventory, changes, and procedures.
- Respond to network-related emergencies.
- Provide ad hoc support to daily operation

Requirements

- Higher Diploma or Degree holders in Computer or Information Engineering or related subjects
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a network engineer
- Applicant with over 5 years of work experience and team management experience will be considered for a team leadership position
- Holder of CCNP is a must
- Experience in network implementation, technical support and project coordination
- Technical Skills:
- Firewall management (Checkpoint, Fortinet, Cisco Firepower)
- Routing, switching, and cloud security(AWS/Azure)
- Network monitoring and troubleshooting tools - Junior roles willingness to work shifts for 24/7 support
