Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all around office administrative duties, including office supplies procurement, equipment maintenance, IT management, etc.;
- Handle invoices and liaise with vendors;
- Support Human Resources functions, including on/off-boarding arrangement, leave record management, group medical administration, MPF administration, monthly payroll processing, etc.;
- Maintain and update standard documentation, including filing and database administration;
- Perform ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years relevant working experience;
- Familiar with HK labour ordinance and related employment legislations;
- A good team player with excellent communication, interpersonal and problems solving skills;
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing;
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
