Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand partnership (NGO/Education/STEM) in Hong Kong.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong network and understanding of the Hong Kong market.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills (fluency in English and Cantonese required; Mandarin is a plus).
