Duties

Drive and formulate leasing strategies for Ngong Ping Village (NPV)
-
Implement business strategies to maintain the competitiveness of NPV by exploring new revenue sources, refurbishing attractions and managing projects
-
Analyze the leasing market trend and recommend new tenancy and tenant mix for management review and endorsement
-
Enhance and maintain strong business network with business partners, direct clients, retailers & restaurant operators and stakeholders
-
Manage and facilitate leasing liaisons and coordination including new lettings, rent renewal, tenant management, leasing inquiry and leasing negotiation
-
Drive the tenants’ spending promotions campaign in regular basis with Village Management Office, to stimulate customer spending and enhance visitor experience at NPV
-
Supervise leasing and business development team in all leasing and business development activities, and incorporating proper analysis and recommendations

Build good working rapport with all internal departments and external vendors to drive and optimize the non-cable car revenue of the Company
Requirements
-
Degree holder in Business or related discipline

Minimum 10 years’ relevant leasing and business development experience, of which 4 years should be at managerial level. Candidate with solid leasing experience in shopping malls is a definite advantage

Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese and English; Mandarin would be a definite advantage
