Duties         

• Propose and implement sales and operating strategies/plan with an aim to achieve the business targets

• Oversee the daily operations of retail frontline and administrations 

• Provide periodic KPI analysis by tracking the sales performance with the Business Intelligence Solution and support the Department Head to execute business strategies

• Review and develop staff policies, procedures and service delivery standards to maximize the operational efficiency

• Work closely with Retail Buying Team to execute merchandising tactics aiming at enhancing the sales and customer experience in each shop, including inventory maintenance, visual merchandising, store decoration and signage

• Responsible for manpower control of all retail shops and execute operational decisions to the team independently

• Liaise with internal departments and external vendors in all retail aspects to ensure smooth operations and project delivery

• Perform ad hoc duties if required

Requirements

• Degree holder in Business or related discipline

• Minimum 8 years of relevant retail experience, of which 2 years must at multi-store supervisory position or back office retail operations supervisory role. Candidate with Retail Management Trainee background would be a definite advantage

• Proficiency in MS Office applications, excellent in Excel and familiar with Retail POS

• Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese and English; Mandarin would be a definite advantage

• Strong business acumen and market sense

• Self-motivated and be agile at work

• Work on public holidays may be required
