Responsibilities

• Pro-actively handle quality related enquiry, issue and complaints arisen internally and externally

• Investigate root cause with suppliers and ensure the implementation of corrective actions 

• Manage quality inspection program

• Conduct on-site and incoming quality inspection in HK (and China if necessary)

• Support other regions within the Group on quality and technical matters

• Support and manage the regional QC inspection team to ensure the work effectiveness

• Handle Higg and other sustainability activities 

• Responsible for certification & qualification (FSC, GRS, bluesign） - audit and system management

• Provide technical support to customer factory when necessary

• Visit supplier’s factory to assess the quality process and drive for quality improvement

• Arrange 3rd party audit to suppliers

• Conduct quality training to suppliers

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• At least 3 years solid working experience on quality field in garment trims / garment / apparel industry, preferably on inspection or 

• Some knowledge on plastic, metal, paper and woven products

• Strong analytical skill

• Well-organized, able to work under tight schedule

• Good interpersonal skill and quality mindset

• Able to work independently 

• Able to speak and write English and Mandarin
